  看这本书的时候，时而捧腹大笑，时而翻江倒海。真是太神奇啊，原来人体是个"大江湖"啊！

  地球上的生命总共分为三类，一种是勤劳的"生产者" ，它们负责利用太阳能合成物质。各种植物和藻类体内的叶绿体进行光合作用。

  第二种就是像人类这样的"消费者"了，人要吃饭，牛要吃草，地球上的动物，有一个算一个都是能量消费者，只能从"生产者"那儿获取！

  第三种就是"分解者" ，地球上的各种微生物，它们就像地球的"大管家"一样负责物质的分解和转化，森林里的落叶没有堆积如山就是微生物们的功能。

  这本书主讲的就是微生物这个"超级生命体" 。微生物的世界并不都是不好的，但也不都是好的。从对人类的影响上，细菌被分为三类: 有害菌、有益菌和中性菌。人类的多种疾病都和有害菌有关！

  小肠维持生存，大肠决定生存质量:

  我们都知道小肠的作用是分解食物，并将营养吸收进体内。那么大肠究竟有什么作用呢？研究发现，大肠的功能不仅仅是制作和储存粪便，它还承担了更为重要的工作。大肠蠕动的过程，也是微生物分解和合成各种活性物质的过程。大肠是一些特殊食物成分的加工厂是。食物中的纤维素很难被人体分解利用，因为人体缺乏分解它们的酶。只能保留在食物残渣中进入大肠癌，肠道里的微生物有多种酶可以解降解纤维素，产生短链脂肪酸。人体健康必须依赖共生的微生物。然而，人类并没有认识到这些体内微生物的存在，也就没有善待和维护好他们。抗生素的滥用，过洁的卫生习惯，不健康的饮食和生活方式，都破坏着人体和微生物长期贡进化形成的平衡状态，当这种平衡状态被打破，人体菌群发生紊乱，使人就可能患上各种生理或心理上的疾病。

  早晚记得刷牙，保持口腔洁净:

  在口腔里居住着众多的微生物。这里是仅次于肠菌的人体第二大微生物栖息地，与身体其他部位一样，口腔里也栖息着细菌，真菌和病毒等等。如果口腔中的微生物，一旦防止过多，他们就会搭帮结伙的组团欺负口腔里的器官。最让人不能忍受的是一些微生物吃饱喝足之后，会产酸酸，会腐蚀牙齿，在牙齿上打洞，也就是长龋齿。尤其是晚上睡觉之后，唾液不再产生，这个时候就成了细菌们的狂欢夜，它们可以不再受唾液的冲洗和监控，那些压制了一整天的有害菌也终于有机会穿出来过嘴肆意妄为一把。口腔中残留的食物 就是有害菌大快朵颐的对象，他们一边吃一边产生有害，有毒的物质，如果是碳水化合物，会产生酸。如果是蛋白质类食物，会产生氨和硫化氢。酸会使牙齿腐烂，硫化氢和氨都是令人不愉快的气体。硫化氢的气味像放坏了的鸡蛋，恶臭无比，这两种物质就是引起起床后口臭的元凶。所以最好的办法就是睡觉前不吃东西，特别是甜食，并且要跟口腔来一次彻底的大清洗。等到第二天起床以后，为了清除细菌们的狂欢夜后的混乱场面，把它们产生的酸和臭气通通清洗掉，还得再来一次大清洗。这就是为什么要记得坚持早晚刷牙！
