  即便是作为渡边的粉丝，我也不得不承认，他年轻时挺渣的..

  本书记载了渡边的一些青春往事，诸如弃医从文的原因、写作的心路历程、作品的角色原型等也有涉及。

  算是粉丝向的作品吧。

  快下班时，工作上遇到一个不愉快的事情，坐下来喝口茶，压下自己烦躁的情绪。强压内心的愤怒，退出事情，让自己冷静冷静。

  随手翻开放在身边的这本《别害怕冲突》，就看到如何应对愤怒这一章。

  书中提醒到：

  发脾气不仅会毁掉谈话，还会破坏人际关系，切断沟通的桥梁，终结友谊，甚至还会给身体带来伤害。

  这样得不偿失的事情我不做！

  

  书里这样教大家从即将爆发的“战争”中退下来：

  第一步在你感到生气的时候结束谈话；

  第二步深呼吸，先离开“战场”；

  第三步说一声“谢谢”，虽然没必要，但也可以正确地表达自己此时此刻的情绪。

  我听话照做，冷静五分钟之后，找到了他的上级部门处理了事情。

  新近阅读的这本《别害怕冲突》，是两位美国学者的作品。

  一位是彼得·博格西昂，他是一位博士，也是一位大学老师，他致力于用有效的哲学工具处理一些看起来棘手的问题。

  另一位是詹姆斯·林赛，是新话语公司的总裁和创始人，是一位演说家、媒体评论家，也是一位畅销书的作者。

  本书主要讲授了与人沟通交流的方法。内容非常丰富，从应用认识论、人质谈判、专业谈判、心理学科领域等有36个技巧分享给大家。实用性很强，作者希望大家不光看书，

  还要实践

  。

  

  如同我一样，遇到这类问题，先退下来看看书再去回应。这可能就是一种寓教于实践的办法吧。

  我也十分赞同作者在后记中说的那句话，看完这本书，你是不是觉得自己有能力有知识去应对困难的话题，但是不要太自信了，只有不断地实践，学以致用，才可能真正地把书里的技巧、知识变成自己的能力。

  作者还温馨提示到，看完书我们能掌握普遍情况下的沟通处理办法，但一定也不要忽略去重读那些比较少用到的技巧，比如说人质谈判，因为只有吸收更多的技巧，才可能做到熟练自如地运用。

  这本书里讲到了建立良好关系的七个基本要素，处理冲突的五个技巧等，除了处理愤怒情绪的步骤，我收获蕞大的其实并不是技巧，而是

  心态

  。

  

  我认为，作者在写这本书时出发点并不是处理问题本身，结果并非是某一个人赢，而是一种“化干戈为玉帛”的个人沟通思路。换句话说，就是我们常说的“危机公关”，是把矛盾的冲突当成一次机会，当成增进人际关系的一次互动。OGM！
