  虽然我对德鲁克怀有无比的敬意，但他的这本书实在不敢恭维。

  虽然书中的内容都是取自他的经典著作，但断章取义却让人一头雾水。

  我非常怀疑这本书真是德鲁克自己编写的，还是中国的书商假托其名的剪刀浆糊之作。作为一个习惯于缜密、系统地思考的管理思想家，他会同意甚至带头让别人快餐自己的著作吗？

  与其看这书，不如静下心来仔细地研读他的《管理的实践》与《卓有成效的管理者》。系统深入地阅读才能感受德鲁克的思想魅力。而浮光掠影、蜻蜓点水般的肤浅阅读可能会让人有一些启发，但却不会有巨大的震撼。

  本书的论坛与前几篇书评中充斥着的让人生厌的书托，大家也就知道这书之一斑也。
